I ordered from directsports.com and most of it showed up fine, but one item was the wrong size from what I selected. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it’s the kind of thing that sticks with you because it means extra hassle I wasn’t expecting. Everything else arrived okay, so I can’t say it was a total mess, but that one mistake made the whole order feel a little sloppy. I might order again, but I’d definitely be hoping they pay closer attention next time.

My return got accepted without any issue, the refund just took a little over two weeks to show up. Customer support did get back to me, they just weren’t super quick about it. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the whole process could definitely be smoother

I’ll give Directsports.com credit, they had way more stuff than I expected. The site itself was easy to use overall, but some of the categories could definitely be clearer. Like, I don’t want to click around forever just to figure out where something is hiding. That said, the selection was solid, and they had brands I actually recognized, so I can’t complain too much.

It’s not perfect, and there’s a little room for improvement, but I found what I needed without too much hassle. I’d probably use them again the next time I need sports equipment. Solid 4 stars from me.
